1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Eco Biznfc Solutions Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), or by hiring our services (Web Development, App Development, SEO, AI Solutions), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Provision of Services

Eco Biznfc provides digital IT solutions. While we strive for excellence:

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes or client feedback delays.
• We are not responsible for third-party downtimes (e.g., AWS, Hosting Providers, Google API changes).

3. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final codebase and design assets created specifically for their project.

Agency Rights: Eco Biznfc retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code libraries or tools used in the project.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eco Biznfc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai.
